HOW BUILT BY DAO WORKS

JOIN US

You’ll go through an easy application, pay your initial vestment, and receive your membership NFT. All transactions are recorded securely in the blockchain, and you can start picking your destinations immediately. This form is where you start to build real things.

VEST
The vesting period is 60 non-consecutive months. During this period, you can travel to any property and use the roaming rental system to secure great rental rates even for short stays as you live everywhere.

RECEIVE BENEFITS

In addition to every rent building value on your investment, you also receive benefits and perks to make your time roaming between Built By DAO properties more fun. For more information, see our FAQ.

CASH OUT OR INVEST

At the end of the vesting period, you have the option to purchase a property in our network using your vested BLTBY (our native currency) as a down payment or become an investor. Digital nomads who invest get even more perks and continue building value.
