Your rent has been building someone's wealth for years. Time it built yours.
Live in a Built By DAO property and a portion of every rent payment converts into EQTBLT, your equity stake in the network. Same check you already write. Different destination.

How it works
Three steps. One direction.
- 01
You sign an equity-building lease.
A Built By DAO home with a lease designed around one idea: residents are members, not revenue.
- 02
Your rent starts converting.
Typically 7 to 12 percent of each payment, depending on the local model, becomes EQTBLT in your name. Earned monthly, recorded on-chain.
- 03
Your stake starts speaking.
EQTBLT carries a governance voice. What gets built next, how shared spaces run, where the treasury goes: you are in the room, because you are the room.
The math, honestly
Rent used to be a receipt. Now it is a position.
Say rent is $1,500 and your local model converts 10 percent. That is $150 a month, $1,800 a year, moving from “gone” to “yours.” Numbers vary by property and model; the direction never does.
Illustrative only. Actual conversion rates are set per local model within the published 7 to 12 percent range.
What living here is like
Built as neighborhoods, not unit counts.
Built By DAO properties are mixed-use buildings with commerce below, shared amenities like co-working, childcare, and gardens, and Foundry workshops where members learn trades and earn more than they came in with. The point of every square foot is the same: keep value circulating among the people who live there.
See what we build →Straight talk
This is not a get-rich scheme, and we will not pretend it is. Equity builds the way buildings do: layer by layer, over time, in public. What we promise is direction and receipts: your rent building your stake instead of someone else's, and a ledger where you can check.
Quick answers

- No. You need a lease. The chain keeps the receipts.
- Where do I see my stake?
- On-chain, auditable any time.
